A vast array of mediums are converging all at once on a stage, rushing towards some kind of tragic end or triumphant conclusion. The hallucinogenic, cosmic result of this collision speaks to the overcoming of her own psychological and spiritual disorientation, through personal fantasies and queer culture. The operatic overtures found here perhaps border on melodrama or wholeheartedly embrace it. Her sculptures and installations are moments suspended in animation, which are then crystallized into bizarre icons and ritual space.
